Turning flat sheet metal into precision parts - and more
Capabilities We Offer
Whether you have a large-volume order for metal stamping or a prototype you need to get to market quickly, MJ Celco is proud to provide customized solutions at a competitive price point. We also have extensive engineering, tooling and assembly capabilities to bring your ideas and products to life.
Metal Stamping
Progressive dies, compound dies, stage dies, blanking and secondary form dies are all used to make your parts accurately and consistently.
Materials of all types (Cold rolled steel, Hot dipped galvanized steel, Electro-galvanized steel, drawn steel, HSLA steel, spring steel, Stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, etc.) and gauges (0.008″ to 0.180″).
Strategically chosen and approved supply base provides the best materials and post-production part finishing.
Tooling
Progressive dies are our specialty, but we also offer other tooling options that meet your budget. We use wire EDM machines and CNC machining centers.
Let our thousands of hours of tooling expertise work for you to provide consistent, high-quality parts for the best overall program cost.
Metal Fabrication
When you need to quickly create and iterate on a prototype, our metal fabrication department is hard to beat.
Our CNC lasers, turret presses, and press brakes, combined with our very talented personnel, turn your napkin sketch into reality, quickly and accurately.
