Minerals Policy

In accordance with section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, MJ Celco, Inc. declares the following policy regarding mineral sourcing from conflict-affected and highrisk areas. 
 
MJ Celco promotes socially responsible sourcing and makes reasonable efforts to ensure the tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold (3TG) contained in its products do not support armed conflict or inhumane treatment in the Covered Countries which include the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and the countries that share an internationally recognized border with the DRC – Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, the Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia.  MJ Celco supports the initiatives of governments and industry to prevent human rights violations associated with the mining of conflict minerals (3TG). 
 
MJ Celco works with our suppliers in an attempt to increase transparency in the supply chain.  Suppliers are required to submit CMRT reports to support conflict minerals reporting to our customers.  If we identify a reasonable risk that a supplier is violating our commitments set forth in this policy, we will require them to commit to and implement a corrective action plan.  Continued non-conformance or refusal to address issues of concern may ultimately lead to termination of the supplier relationship. 
 
To contribute to customers’ Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements regarding conflict minerals, MJ Celco has developed a centralized means of collecting, tracking and responding to customer requests.
